The trekking poles are not what I thought they were based on the online description. They do not have rubber caps on the ends, they already scratched my hardwood floor in my family room, they have very thin poles, and there were no directions on how to tightly connect them at the top. It took 3 adults to figure the strap issue to hold the inside band tight. I called your company and left a voice message yesterday and there was no company name on the recording, which is very poor marketing. I emailed your company and asked to send them back and/or get a full refund of $79.00. I received an email back to say I cannot mail them back and I should just sell them myself. The quality will make that near impossible. I want my money back. Until I get Imy money back credited to my bank card I will continue to send to my network of 532 emails never to purchase anything from this company.
