These are great poles! I bought these mainly because I was looking for a lightweight carbon-fiber pole. These are incredibly light, and quite sturdy. The quick detach strap system is great for when you need to quickly store them away. Deploying the poles is incredibly easy, even when jogging. After practicing a few times I was able to deploy or stow away the both poles in a 20 seconds or so.
