Lots of waist pockets and they stay super secure without bouncing around.
These shorts are all you need. They are comfortable and they do not ride up. The 360 degree built in waist pack is perfect for the long runs in particular in that you can get at least one more soft flask in the belt if not 2 and the back pocket is perfect for your phone. They are affirdable comparatively speaking and stylish as well. If you are looking for an all around get it done trail short, then this it. I like the shorts and will use them but I was not able to run with my trekking poles in the rear loops without the shorts falling down
